As many of you may know already, the heart of Koinonia Business Women (KBWomen) has always been to build up, encourage and empower today’s Christian women in business. As business owners ourselves who share a variety of organizational backgrounds, we both know how important it is to be in fellowship with other like-minded women. KBWomen’s values were birthed from this awareness. It is in that place of deep understanding of the daily challenges women face (whether in business, the workplace or in the home) that these 3 core values have emerged:

• Networking, creating community and contribution

• Building business skills

• Encouraging and strengthening faith

As we focus on these 3 key areas, God's Kingdom, and all of us as a community, benefits. Business women are hungry for strategies. Women of faith want to discover their God-given purpose. The Spirit is speaking to believers about gaining strength and becoming leaders. Each of you is a valuable component to our collective success, and to the furthering of God's Kingdom purposes on the Earth!

This past year, KBWomen has launched new and exciting programs for our members as we have laid the foundation for our organization. And, we have many more programs to come! It has been an honor and blessing to not only be internationally noticed and invited into new conversations about empowering Christian business women, but building new friendships to support our vision has also been a wonderful gift. It is our heart to expand into new territories and regions around the world encouraging, creating and empowering a collective success for Christian Women in Business. As a community with faith in God, all of us together can make glorious things happen in the world and in business. Thank you for your support and encouragement of KBWomen, we look forward to having you join us on the journey to the next level!
