Purpose Builders - You have special skills, talents & gifts. This is not an accident. God has created you for a good work! However, many people are unsure of what that good work is! At some point in our lives, we all ask these same questions - "What is my purpose?", and "What is my calling?" One of Koinonia Business Women's guiding scriptures found in Nehemiah is "Let us rise up and build". As we build our knowledge and understanding of God's Word, we each take a journey of discovery about ourselves and about the heart of God. The Purpose Builders group helps people draw near to God where inspiration, vision and passion is imparted.

The Purpose Builders group fulfils two important roles for group members:

Leading members down the path to discovering God's call and purpose for their gifts, talents and lives. Joint participation, support and encouragement will help each group member to gain new perspective and insight into their own purposes, as well as an environment for helping others to gain clarity. Reflection, prayer, learning new truths based on God's Word, brainstorming, discovery, clarifying core abilities and passions, journaling, mapping next steps and planning. Begin to discover what God designed you for, so you can go from existence to significance.

DETAILS - Limited to 11 participants per session (plus facilitators). Group will meet via teleseminar (phone), allowing anyone across the country to participate. Purpose Builders has a 6-session schedule. Exact dates & times TBA. Members will receive a Purpose Builders Journal. Participants will fill out a questionnaire during group registration.

Business Builders - Based on a 'mastermind group' or think tank concept, our business strategies "Business Builders" group is specifically for Godly small business owners & entrepreneurs.  Group members and facilitators together form a team environment by guiding each other, recommending resources and sharing knowledge, ideas, expertise, encouragement, and past experiences. The two main facets of this group are: Through brainstorming, feedback, discussion, sharing, teaching, and interaction, members will gain valuable ideas, skills, and strategies related to marketing, establishing and growing an internet presence, goal setting, PR, systems, time management, problem solving, overcoming fear, action planning, etc., to positively impact their specific business. Supporting and being supported by like-minded business owners in a safe, confidential environment. In a team atmosphere, we are partnering with others for the mutual benefit of all.

Group is co-facilitated by Tammy Redmon and Krista Dunk. Special speakers may also be brought in from time to time. Tammy brings business and executive team coaching skills, as well as action planning, establishing accountability, networking ideas, cash flow, clarifying focus, and asking questions that challenge the status quo.  Krista's skill set includes web marketing, creating an effective online presence, brainstorming, marketing techniques, creative problem solving skills, writing, self-image help, finding informational resources, planning, and intuitive listening.  As well as having two perspectives and business-minded facilitators, you also have the benefit of all the other group members' education, experience, network, and ideas as well.

Other benefits of the Business Builders group includes tapping into the creative brainpower of peers, ideas to help update business plans, networking with other Christian business owners, building friendships for accountability and support, learn how to limitlessly brainstorm, goal setting activities & action planning, learning new mindset strategies, learn how to make decisions purposefully, higher-level thinking to get you out of your 'business box', exploring how God's principles apply to business, prayer, & much more. Members will receive a Business Builders journal, and a private online discussion center to continue collaboration and idea sharing. This group requires an application process & group ground rules acceptance.
