Tammy Redmon and Krista Dunk are two women with very different personalities. As Krista explains it, “We’re like two sides of the same coin. Tammy could be compared to a hot, motivating cup of coffee, while I’m more like the cool, refreshing cup of cold water."

Even though the personalities are different, the vision is the same: to make a positive impact that will continue to expand around the world.  Out of this shared dream, Koinonia Business Women was born.  Both Tammy and Krista have a heart to create a community of business women who desire to merge their faith with business acumen. "Through learning together, and the sharing of experience, we believe each woman will benefit from an environment that can foster extraordinary results" shares Tammy Redmon.

Both Tammy and Krista are enthusiastic motivators; they each bring various business skill-sets, speaking and presentation experience, and a desire to share life-wisdom and leadership principles with others.

Tammy has a background of Intercultural Communication and Organizational Development. She is currently an internationally-recognized, certified Executive Business and Leadership Team Coach, and is serving as president of the Puget Sound Coaches Association chapter as well. Tammy is also a dramatist and a women’s ministry speaker. She is able to move her audiences from laughter to tears and back again, and leave them uplifted and challenged to go out and live their dream.

Krista, who is a serial ‘mompreneur’, is the owner of NWweddingplace.com. She has a diversified business background; accounting, network marketing, and designing business websites are just a few of the endeavors she has enjoyed. An accomplished ASL interpreter, she is also working on developing a sign-dance ministry.

Both Tammy and Krista reside in beautiful Olympia, Washington with their families. While being very involved in KBWomen and their own businesses, they also deal with the everyday challenges and opportunities that are part of being wives and mothers.

"I am passionate about helping people release their potential so they can have real impact, leverage their God-given talents and maximize opportunities in life and in business. In my experience guiding others to higher levels of success, it became apparent there was a real need to reach women with this message."

Jill Hart's entrepreneurial career began in her teens when she spent a summer helping her father with his vending business, stocking pop and candy machine. When he put her in charge of a Coke machine and allowed her to keep the profits, she saw the benefits of being her own boss.

That entrepreneurial spirit motivates her to show other women how to begin and build their own businesses from home. Her popular website, CWAHM.com (Christian Work at Home Moms) reaches more than 15,000 women monthly and includes the best work-at-home tips and good clean mom humor you'll find anywhere. Jill is the host of the podcast, Christian Work at Home Moment and co-host of the LIVE internet radio show, The CWAHM Network.

Jill writes, blogs and speaks about finding a business niche, creative and inexpensive marketing, and finding balance while working from home. She is a featured blogger in the Guideposts Blogger Network. Jill and CWAHM have been featured in The Wall Street Journal and FIRST Magazine for Women. Her articles have been featured on websites like DrLaura.com and she is a columnist for a number of mom-focused websites. She is also a contributing author in four books and co-author of So You Want To Be a Work-at-Home Mom (Beacon Hill, Sept 2009).

Jill has spoken on work at home topics at places such as the LifeLight Festival and online at sites like CelebrateMoms.org, CWAHM and more. She has been interviewed on her local NBC station and speaks on the local Christian Talk Radio station once a month. Jill presents hope for moms who desire to be at home with their children. She also offers encouragement on how to live a godly life while running a home, a family and a business.

She lives in Bellevue, Nebraska with her husband and two kids and works in her pajamas as often as possible.

Audrey L. Godwin, CPA, is a teacher, business advocate and Millionaire Guide whose assignment is to inspire and guide women business owners in triumphing over their finances and be fully available to heed God's call the moment He calls.

Audrey is called upon to bring her insight and experience when partnering with business owners to build profits and value through collaborative planning and implementation. She understands what drives business and how to turn reactionary transactions to strategic decisions. Her keynotes and seminars simplify complex material and make it highly user-friendly with down-to-earth tips, tools and techniques. She works with a wide-range of clients, start-ups to 5 million, to achieve financial goals that improve their businesses which in turn enhances the quality of their lives and communities.

Audrey is penning her first book, "Virtuous Woman, Virtually Broke - Insights, Strategies and Tools to transform your relationship with money and become fully available to God".
